GOJU-RYU KARATE incorporates circular and linear

KRAV-MAGA – ISRAELI SELF DEFENSE Our combative and
self-defense program is based on the original system taught
directly to the Israeli military and now many other
government agencies. Using realistic training drills, this
program will give you the ability to respond fast with easy to
learn techniques and simple principles based on your natural
reactions and instincts. We cover all types of combat and
self-defense situations from hand to hand fighting all the way
to ground fighting and grappling.
Our no non-sense, go home safe system of self-defense has
many benefits such as: fitness, heightened awareness of
surroundings, muscle building and toning, and confidence to
avoid or deal with dangerous situations. It can also help you
to learn to control your emotions in stressful situations.
ARNIS
Legacy Martial Arts offers Donzella Arnis, a combination
of filipino stick fighting systems. The Donzella Arnis
system has 4 levels of learning and is a complete
curriculum of single stick, double stick, stick and knife,
knife, empty hand and flexible weapons.
Novice Level: Consists of single stick strike
angles along with offensive and defensive
footwork patterns. Basic blocks with counter
strikes and double stick drills.
· Level 1: Consists of advance double stick
drills along with footwork. Counter techniques
using more angles of attack; stick and knife,
knife and empty hand locking.
· Level 2: Combination of novice and level
one with added advance drills and sparring.
· Level 3: Concentrates on combat use of
the weapons through all ranges of attack.
